Terms: Permanent contract - working hours are (08:00am - 05:00pm) Full time Monday to Friday

Salary/rate: Salary is paying £42,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements: Qualifications needed consist of the below.

* Electrically qualified (City and Guilds/NVQ Levels 2/3)
* 18th Edition

About the role:
We are looking to take on board a strong Electrical Engineer to work on a high-end commercial building in Stevenage. They are looking for a reliable electrical engineer to contribute to the team and company, reporting to the site supervisor of the site.

Responsibilities: * Dealing with PPM'S, FCU'S, AHU'S, Emergency Light Testing,
Reactive Maintenance, HVAC equipment, Fire Alarm Testing and
* General building maintenance

Candidate requirements:
* The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
* The ideal candidate has bundles of experience working as an engineer within the facilities maintenance industry
* Strong building services background
* At least 5 years' experience in an engineering role
