Do you have excellent knowledge and experience of Thin Film Coating Deposition with a strong background in Design and Control? 
Do you have a Degree in a STEM subject - Physics or Chemistry?

As part of this role you will be leading multiple £1M+ projects and be tasked with developing new deposition technologies, materials systems, and deposition products while enhancing process efficiency, equipment, and exploring new business opportunities with European manufacturers. 

Collaboration with the sales and engineering teams will be essential in driving new and ongoing projects forward. There will be opportunities to travel internationally to support customers.
