My Client is seeking an experienced Contracts manager to oversee a number of sites across the southern home counties. Working mostly in the residential sector you will be able to manage gangs of ground workers and machine operatives, engineers and site managers to ensure projects are delivered safely and in line with the developers programme.
This person will work closely with the commercial team to deliver projects not only on time but on or under budget!
The ideal candidate will bring with them a wealth of knowledge and contacts whom they can utilise to support their projects
