Inspire Resourcing are presenting a bespoke machine building company in the Chesterfield area who are looking for experience Mechanical Fitters to join the expanding team.
Duties:
- Working with the existing team to build mechanical and equipment form details engineering drawings
- Produce welded/mechanical/electrical parts/assembly/products in line with the company objectives, performance, safety, quality, cost & delivery to support internal and external customer satisfaction
- Read, interpret and work from engineering detailed drawings maintaining tolerances and standards
- Weld MIG/TIG
- Fully competent using all fitting tools and appliances to include but not limited to bench hand tools, power hand tools (electric & compressed air, powered table and pillar tools/ machines)
Experience:
- Experience in a previous Mechanical Fitter or Heavy Plant Assembly role is Essential
- Experience in MIG/TIG Welding
- You must be able to read and build from detailed engineering drawings
Hours and Rate of Pay:
- £33,690.80 per annum/£17.05 an hour
- 38 hour work week
- Monday to Thursday
- 10 hour shift
- 06:30 to 16:30
- Overtime available
