Job Profile
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Toolmaker to join an established and growing business who are investing heavily into new equipment and machine tools, having recently purchased 4 new machines.

Duties:

• CNC & Manual machining - Milling, Turning and Grinding.
• Programming, Setting and Operating CNC machines.
• EDM Wire Erosion (experience an advantage but not essential).
• Fitting.
• Producing bespoke, prototype injection mould tooling as well as refurbishing, repairing, and modifying existing tooling when required.
• Working from engineering drawings.

Skills & Attributes:

• Must have an Injection Mould Toolmaking background.
• Able to program, set and operate CNC Machines.
• Experience with both CNC & Manual machines.
• CADCAM Programming knowledge / experience would be ideal but not essential.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• All round Toolmaking experience working with both CNC & Manual machines across Milling, Turning and Grinding.

Hours of Work:

• 39hrs per week
• Opening hours from 7:30am to 6pm, Monday to Thursday and 4:30pm finish Friday
• Flexible working hours available
