Electrical Team Leader

Based primarily on site at Stone, you will also be required to travel to client sites, which may require overnight stays (over time and uplift for overnight stays payable).
As Electrical Team Leader, the key duties will include:
- Supervising and motivating a team of technicians
- Using electrical installation experience to support workshop quality
- Completing physical checks on BOMs
- Completing electrical testing and CompEx inspections
- Working with the Workshop Manager to deliver departmental targets
- Assisting with the planning of workshop and site requirements
- Planning and allocating work
- Carrying out team performance reviews, absence management etc
- Providing leadership in problem resolution that affect quality and on time delivery
- Responsibility for the electrical equipment and machinery
- Supporting continuous improvement
Key skills and experience required:
- Time served, experienced and qualified electrician with previous supervisory experience
- NVQ or equivalent in Electrical Installation
- City and Guilds 18th Edition, and Test and Inspection
- CompEx EX01-04
- Strong organisation skills
Experience of the following would be an advantage:
- Good understanding of 5S
- Good IT skills
- Knowledge of CDM
- Gas industry experience
Candidate must have a full clean licence, and own transport due to location
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 40 hours
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays
