BMS Engineer

Location: London/Essex and South East

Salary: Competitive/depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hour week standard - overtime available

My client specialises in designing, implementing and managing new and existing Building Management Systems. The ideal candidate will have Siemens experience and ideally familiar with Tridium controls.

Job Role: BMS Engineer

• Install, configure, and commission BMS components and equipment, including sensors, controllers, actuators, and software systems.
• Carry out maintenance checks on Siemens and Tridium BMS systems on our various sites.
• Provide technical assistance and support to clients regarding their BMS systems.
• Identify opportunities for improvement/remedial works to improve the performance of the BMS systems for our clients.

The role is based in London and the surrounding M25 Ring (close to Surrey/Staines areas) looking after a varied clientèle including a range of Savills buildings.

Experience:

• Extensive knowledge & experience of BMS / HVAC
• Extensive knowledge & experience with Siemens
• Experience with Tridium Controls/Niagara
• Excellent working knowledge of the electrical industry
• Ability to read and interpret Electrical & Mechanical schematic diagrams.
• Understanding of IT networks.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD
• Valid ECS Card (ideally as a Building Controls Engineer or Integrator)
• Full UK driving license
