Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer.
Location: Luton, Bedfordshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k - £34k + Training + Benefits
We are working closely with a professional and independent Water Hygiene / Legionella company who provide the full range of legionella management services across public and private sector clients. They are now seeking to take on a Water Hygiene Engineer to cover contracts in and around the Home Counties region. This role would suit a candidate looking to join a larger company that can offer minimal traveling into London. Our client can offer company pension scheme, company vehicle, paid door to door travel, excellent holiday allowance and competitive salary.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, Brackley, Stevenage, Cambridge, Huntingdon, Hertford, St Albans, Bedford, Bishop's Stortford, Oxford, Witney, Bicester, High Wycombe, Reading, Watford, Slough, Windsor, Bracknell, Guildford.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Will have experience working for an established Water Hygiene / Legionella company.
" Practical knowledge of ACoP L8 and relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
" Will have excellent time management skills.
" Excellent communication / IT skills.
The Role:
" Carrying out water sampling and temperature monitoring in accordance with ACoP L8 guidelines.
" Servicing of thermostatic mixing valves and failsafes.
" CWST cleans and inspections.
" Showerhead cleans and descales.
" Flushing of little used outlets.
" Updating logbooks upon completion of work.
