Join a well-established M&E company with 30 years trading specialising in Heating, Air Conditioning and BMS covering London, Surrey and the Southeast. They work with a range of commercial clients including a variation of private businesses, NHS Trusts, Private Schools, and Police Forces.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Carrying out Service, Breakdown, Installation and Commissioning on Commercial Boilers, Gas Boosters and Air Source Heat Pumps.
PACKAGE
Location: London, Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire
£50,000 plus paid Travel minus 30 minutes each way.
Call out – 1 in 6, £150 stand by and x1.5 & x2.0 minimum for 4 hrs per call out
23 days annual leave plus statutory Bank Holidays and loyalty bonus
2 Wellbeing days a year

THE CANDIDATE
Hold commercial gas tickets: COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1A and TPCP1
Domestic gas tickets are desirable.
Experience in commercial environments will aid successful applicants.
