CNC Turner Job Opportunity - Leeds
We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join our client's team in Leeds on the day shift. Our ideal candidate can be at the Operator, Setter/Operator, or Programmer/Setter/Operator level. Fanuc control experience preferred, but any other control system considered if you're willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
- CNC Operation: Operate CNC lathes with Fanuc controls, ensuring precise machining of parts.
- Setup & Programming: For those with experience, set up and program CNC machines. If you're not a programmer, you must be willing to learn.
- Quality Control: Monitor machining processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in CNC turning or related roles. We do not require time-served qualifications.
- Control Systems: Fanuc experience is preferred, but other systems are considered if you're willing to learn.
- Learning Attitude: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
