Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will have the following accountabilities:

- Supporting with Drafting and issuing of subcontracts
- Liaising and dealing with Supply Chain
- Contract Management
- Supporting the Month End process
- Forecasting, Measurement, Taking Off
- Risk/Opportunity Management
Who we're looking for
You’ll probably have:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
- Knowledge of NEC forms of contract
- Being proactive and coming up with solutions to problems faced
- A team player, someone who enjoys working in a team environment
- strong planning and organisation skills to deliver commercial excellence and efficiency
- Financial and commercial awareness is required to deliver targets
- Living within a reasonable commutable distance from Bristol
Starting salary from £35,000 basic, up to £45,000 plus package and bonuses.
