The Company: 

Our client is a global, industry leader in the manufacture of automotive and heavy engineered products.

They are looking to recruit a new Project Manager due to growth in the business.

The role is dedicated to managing projects from cradle to grave. The role requires the management of projects throughout all stages following quality, planning, cost budgets and delivery.
 

Job Description of a Project Manager

  • Coordinate, develop and manage the project team.
  • Manage project changes.
  • Monitor and control deliverables, coordinating all milestones and activities.
  • Generate project plans and costings for projects.
  • Act as the interface for direct customer contact.
  • Prepare and continuously update project schedules including phases and milestones.
     

Skills & experience of a Project Manager

  • Previous experience of Project Management in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • 3 - 5+ years project management experience.
  • Experience of cradle to grave projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
  • A project management qualification is desirable.
  • A technical background in Engineering is desirable.
