Electrical Engineer - Cental London - Up To £49,000

Electrical Maintenance Engineers in London! This is an xciting opportunity to join a brand new team on a prestigious Central London site. We are looking for experienced engineers join the team on a Monday - Friday basis in the delivery of first-class maintenance services.

Role:

As a part of the M&E team you will be responsible for ensuring building systems are functioning at an optimal level. 

• Planned maintenance, including regular inspection and testing.
• Responding to ad-hoc maintenance requests within pre-determined time scales.
• Liasing with and supervising external contractors.
• Enforcing and adhering to Healh and Safety policy
• Supporting other trades as required.

Requirements:

We are looking for technically skilled Engineers who are able to work independantly and as part of a team.

• Fully Qualified Electrician (BEng, BSc, City & Guilds, NVQ, BTEC, HND etc..)
• Min 4 years experience in commerical building maintenance.
• Ambitious and eager to progress
• Strong communication skills
