Shift Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Battersea - Up To £44,000
We are seeking talented Mechanical Engineers to join a growing M&E team on a landmark site in West London. This will suit an Engineer with extensive experience in commercial building maintenance.
Role:
As a Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance of mechanical building systems on a 4 on 4 off basis. You will play an cruicial part in ensuring the seamless functionality of the building.
- Planned and reactive maintenance on building systems.
- Installation and refurbushment works.
- Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety Policy.
- Plant Room checks.
- Keeping up-to-date records of works in CAFM system.
- BMS Monitoring.
- Supervision of external contractors.
About You:
- Fully Qualified Mechanical Engineer (Plumbing/Mechanical Apprenticeship, City & Guilds, NVQ, BTEC, HND, BSc, BEng)
- Min 2 Years experience in commercial building mainteannce
- Ambitious with a desire to progress to leadership/management roles.
- Well presented with strong communication
