Recruitment Solutions are currently working with an industry leading business.  Due to a new contract going live, we are looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Engineer on an ongoing / permanent basis. 

The main purpose of this role will be to plan, direct and support the operation for a new contract.  You will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective practises and strategies.  You will be required to support daily, weekly and monthly operational meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product quality testing, analysis and evaluation, relating back to HQ. 
• Communication between factories and the head office
• Develop and execute new standard operating procedures ensuring H&S rules are followed and in line with current operational processes and constraints
• Report 'Factory Failure Rate' (FFR) reduction tasks to HQ
• Develop suitable KPI's to support efficiency improvement and operational tasks
• Monitoring rework results, daily. 
• Create/Check training materials to support the operational team

Working Days, Hours & Salary:

• Monday - Friday
• 9am - 5:30pm (Some flexibility required)
• £25k p/annum
