Facilities Labourer or Handyperson

The Role:

• Performs routine facility and equipment maintenance.
• Provides general and detailed maintenance (either with direct or indirect supervision), including patching, painting, hardware repairs and other repair/replacement work as required.
• Dedicate some hours when required for assistance with general office work and the ordering of supplies and materials.
• Assists, or performs solo when needed, general and detailed cleaning, interior and exterior spaces.
• Completes all documentation for work performed, in a timely manner.
• Oversees and performs the duties associated with jobs, including executing set-up and break-downs are completed on schedule with spaces returned to normal state.
• Operate company delivery vehicle.
• Assists and serves as back up to other Facilities employees.

Assisting stores (loading, unloading, picking, packing / shrink wrapping) and Waste Management

Requirements:

Requirements:

• Full Clean UK driving license
• Engineering & technical knowledge (Hand and Power Tools)
• Forklift Counterbalance or Reach Truck License (ideal, or can be trained)
• Experience in  General Labouring
