Job Title: Maintenance Plumber
Salary: £36,750 per annum
Location: Cambridge
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Plumber to join our team based in Cambridge. The ideal candidate will possess strong plumbing knowledge along with some understanding of HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks on plumbing systems.
- Responding promptly and efficiently to reactive maintenance requests.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Participating in AP/CP training (bonus added to salary upon completion).

Requirements:
