Electrical Maintenance Engineer

We are recruiting for Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a manufacturing company based in Pocklington, East Yorkshire. This is a full time and permanent role.
This role offers a 4 days a week, Monday to Thursday, 4 x 12 hour shifts - No Fridays or weekends! The shift pattern rotating and is 1 week of days and 1 week of nights.
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer role involves:
- Mechanical and Electrical maintenance on all machinery
- Working on large heavy machinery, conveyors, mixers, robotic palletisers, PLC's etc.
- Breakdown response to reduce machine downtime as much as possible
- Increase efficiency through thorough execution of PPM planned maintenances schedules
- Help maintain quality of engineering stores via correct usage and communications
- Utilising CMMS for planned and unplanned maintenance
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with customer departments
- Assist with implementation of engineering projects/cost effective repairs
- Complete appreciation/respect of overall health and safety at work
We're looking for the following someone who has;
- Previous electrical maintenance experience (preferably 2yrs or more)
- Time served apprenticeship / Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in maintenance engineering with mechanical or electrical bias
- Good Fault finding and root cause analysis skills
- A good understanding and experience of BOTH mechanical and electrical maintenance
- 18th Edition
- Previous experience with PPM and TPM systems
- Good interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy
