Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 8 design professionals to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.

• Oversee the development and execution of design projects, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgetary constraints, and project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or relevant experience in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in machinery manufacturing, with a strong background in mechanical design, particularly special purpose machinery.
