Seeking a dynamic Manufacturing Process Engineer to drive innovation in device manufacturing.

Must have experience in "Push button" manufacturing environment and experience for optimising and improving this automated manufacturing process.

Define and maintain optimal process parameters for efficient production aligned with quality standards.

  • Develop clear procedures for operators, providing daily operational support.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Analyze process failures, losses, and quality incidents, implementing preventive measures.
  • Manage change control, root cause analysis, and quality events.
  • Propose and participate in advanced technological processes and equipment upgrades.

Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree, HND/HNC qualification.
  • Previous process improvement experience in manufacturing, preferably medical devices.
  • Demonstrated project management and standard work process development.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for generating and modifying drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective interpersonal collaboration.
