CoSourced, a leading specialist in HVAC, Fire and Smoke Control, is seeking a passionate MEP Project Manager to join our team in Redhill.

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the overall management of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects from inception to completion. This will include tasks such as:

• Collaborating with engineers, designers, and other construction professionals to determine project specifications.
• Liaising with clients and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.
• Obtaining permits and licenses from the appropriate authorities.
• Determining resource needs (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish, with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Planning all construction operations and scheduling intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met.
• Acquiring equipment and materials and monitoring stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
• Supervising the work of direct and subcontract trades and ensuring that program dates and quality standards are being maintained.
• Evaluating progress and preparing detailed reports.
• Ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards and reporting issues.

Qualifications

• A valid SMSTS or SSSTS qualification (IOSH or NEBOSH is beneficial but not essential).
• A CSCS SkillCard relevant to the industry.
• A first aid qualification (training can be provided if required).
• Experience in managing MEP projects.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A problem-solving mentality.
