Mobile Lead Engineer

£38,000 - £42,000 plus bonus, van and benefits

Due to our client’s growth, they have a fantastic new opportunity for a Mobile Lead Engineer. Out client is a nationwide supplier of maintenance services throughout the UK. Main purpose of the Mobile Lead Engineer

Reporting to the Contracts Supervisor/Contracts Manager. The business is looking for a highly experienced Building Services Engineer with a high level of maintenance knowledge that can follow process and procedures to deliver Reactive and Planned Maintenance to highly prestigious sites across the East / Cambridge. The role will also require the management of the engineers within your respective team, management of Specialist Contractors and communication with various building management teams and their nominated consultants.

Key Responsibilities for the Mobile Lead Engineer

• To deliver and manage PPM to SFG20 in line with contract SLA’s.
• Complete reactive / Quoted tasks within SLA.
• Update the CAFM system.
• Keeping the building manager informed of any works or issues.
• Management of Specialist contractors across sites under your control.
• Complete on-site audits.
• To ensure the team maintains a positive, smart & professional presence.
• Deliver site meetings as required.
• Host daily conference calls ensuring all KPIs, and SLAs are achieved.

Skills & Qualifications

• To be professional, courteous, and supportive.
• Excellent knowledge in Maintenance essential.
• Strong communicator
• Customer focused.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• ACOP L8 Competent
• Qualified to a high standard in your chosen maintenance field (Electrical, Mechanical, Gas, Refrigeration). 

Hours of work - This job will be days- 0800- 1700 hrs.
