This role is to join a small specialist FM Consultancy who specialise in surveying and reporting, maintenance contract procurement, maintenance management and legislation compliance, life cycle surveys and associated capital expenditure forecast recommendations.
You will join a friendly highly experienced team of engineers, and as you would expect from a small thriving business you will be an integral and highly valued member of the team from day one.
Responsibilities
- Attending sites to conduct electrical surveys.
- Maintaining ongoing business relationships through care of existing clients
- Condition surveys.
- Dilapidation surveys.
- Pre-Acquisition surveys.
- Technical due diligence.
- Fault finding and troubleshooting.
Experience / Key Skills
- An experienced electrical engineer
- UK based experience in electrical surveys.
- Comfortable speaking with clients as many surveys will be on client premises.
- Produce reports and write up surveys.
- Possess a thorough understanding of the relevant and current British and industry Standards.
