KAP Technical are working with our client to find  a Multi-Skilled Manufacturing Engineer. 
 
Here's your chance to join a dynamic team in the Engineering & Manufacturing sector. Working on a permanent Continental Dayshift on a
3 x 12 hours shifts,  Monday through to Wednesday for two weeks, then Thursday to Saturday for two weeks.  In return you will receive a competitive salary.

Preferred Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical faults and breakdowns efficiently and effectively.
• A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise manufacturing operations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, essential for collaborating across departments and conveying complex technical information. 

Our Manufacturing Engineer will ideally have the following skills and knowledge:
 

• Be a time serviced engineer with the relevant qualifications to support at least a 80/20 Mechanical/Electrical split.
• Have operated in a Manufacturing environment. 
• Have sound problem solving approach to technical faults/breakdowns.
• Have a high level of attention to detail.
• Can work within time constraints where necessary.
• Can work under pressure at times of critical breakdowns.
• Have a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
