Technical Support Engineer
- Experience working in a helpdesk customer support role within a software/hardware product development organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Communications product support background (GSM, 3G, 4G, LTE, GPRS, GPS, Bluetooth) desirable
- Ability to diagnose and configure Windows servers and in-house tools
- UK security clearance required (must have been a UK resident for a minimum 3 years)
- Ideally bilingual English and Italian/Spanish/French/Portuguese
- Must have full clean driver’s licence and car
