My Client in Rochford is currently I need of a Manual Machinist. 

CNC Duties 

· Setting and running a CNC mill-turn 

· Interpretation of engineering drawings 

· High quality, high tolerance, small batch 

· Quality control 

Manual Turning 

· Operating manual Colchester lathes. 

· Working to toleranced engineering drawings for the manufacture of low volume stainless parts. 

Manual Milling 

· Operating manual Bridgeport mill. 

· Working to toleranced engineering drawings for the manufacture of low volume stainless parts. 

Other 

· Material Prep - sawing of billets ready for machining, clearing swarf, topping up coolant etc. 

· Bench Fitting - basics such as marking out, drilling, sawing and filing. 

· Housekeeping - ensure a tidy, safe and organised work environment. 

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent 

Salary: Up to £17.50 per hour

Experience: 

· manual turning / milling: 3 years (preferred) 

· CNC operator: 3 years (preferred)
