Employment Opportunity: CNC Turner Setter/Operator
Location: Rotherham
Shift Patterns: Rotating Early Shifts/Late Shifts
About the Position: As a CNC Turner Setter/Operator, your role entails the setup and operation of CNC lathes to ensure precision and efficiency in component manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and operating CNC lathes
- Interpretation of engineering drawings and job specifications
- Selection and installation of tooling and fixtures
- Monitoring machine performance and making necessary adjustments
- Quality inspection of finished components
- Regular maintenance of machinery
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience as a CNC Turner Setter/Operator
- Familiarity with Fanuc control systems
- Accurate interpretation of engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
