Roles & Responsibilities
- Drafting of control panel schematics and layout drawings in AutoCAD Electrical
- Creation of control panel parts lists/bill of materials (BOMs)
- Creation of cable schedules/block diagrams
- Selection/allocation of component assemblies based on project requirements
- Compilation of BOMs in Sage200
Skills & Experience (Required)
- Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in a relevant electrical/electronic subject
- Understanding of basic electrical circuit theory
- Previous experience using AutoCAD Electrical
- Proficient in MS Office
- Motivated, focused, and strong attention to detail
- Self-starter and able to manage own workload
Skills & Experience (Desirable)
- HNC in a relevant electrical/electronic subject
- Strong understanding of electrical circuit theory
- Previous experience working in an electrical/electronic role
- Knowledge of relevant electrical standards such as BS 7671 and BS EN 60204
- 18th Edition (BS7671) qualified
- Full UK driving license
