I am now looking for B1.3 Engineers for a helicopter maintenance organization in Andover.

Primary Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive maintenance and certification for Bell 429 and A109 helicopter models
- Provide guidance and mentorship to trainees and mechanics
- Contribute to upholding and advancing the company's superior standards
Candidates lacking specific type ratings will be enrolled in immediate Part 147 OEM training programs.
Candidate Requirements:
- Valid UK CAA B1.3 License
- Proven 3+ years of hands-on experience with comparable rotorcraft
- Exemplary communication abilities and leadership qualities
- Self-motivated with a strong solutions-oriented approach
