Henry Martin Group are partnered with an established principle contractor who are seeking a Design Manager. This contractor operates across both the public & private sectors, with much of this coming from repeat, long standing clients. Project values range between £25Mil - £150+

As the Design Manager you will be responsible for the management of the design process on a Residential, RC Frame new build project, valued at over £100m. The projects frame has gone up and they're currently at the internals stage. This building is Super Prime with significant retail space below, and will be completed Q4 2025.

Your background will need to include a strong track record of delivering successful £60Mil+ new build projects.

It is essential that you have strong contractor experience where you are the client lead. You will also need a keen eye for detail and be strong on the process side of Design Management.
