Job title: Mechanical Shift Engineer

Location: Static Site located in City of London

Terms: Permanent contract, Continental Shift Pattern, 12-hour shifts

Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to £48,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Requirements: Mechanical Qualifications needed consist of the below -

* NVQ Mechanical Level 2/3
* City & Guilds level 2/3 Mechanical

About the role:
We are looking to take on board a strong Shift Engineer to be based on a High-End site in the heart of London. We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Engineer to carry out duties to the highest standard.

Responsibilities: * You will be part of a large team on a High-End Commercial site.
* You will be responsible for all the following PPM tasks: UPS generators, Boilers & Chillers, Lighting, PAT testing, FCUs, AHUs, Pumps and more.

Candidate requirements:
* The ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)
* The ideal candidate has bundles of experience working as a mechanical shift engineer and within the facilities maintenance industry.
* Strong building services background
* At least three years' experience in FM industry
