Start asap – potentially ongoing for 3 months.
My client is looking for a Fabric Handyperson to work on a commercial building based in North London
You will work Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
General Duties
- Door maintenance and repair
- Basic Plumbing repairs
- Tiling patch repairs, wall and floor
- Temporary repairs to flooring carpets, lino and screeds
- Suspended ceiling repairs
- Shelving racking
- Lock changes/repairs
- External repairs i.e. patch brickwork.
- Comply with company QA and Departmental procedures.
- Keep and maintain all company issued tools in a safe and serviceable manner.
- Assist in the preparation of emergency and contingency plans
- Ensure accurate records appertaining to all planned preventative maintenance and the emergency repairs completed.
- Oversee all site activities, both maintenance and project specific and ensure all safety aspects are managed and monitored in accordance with site procedures and requirements.
- Perform all duties in line with current health and safety legislation and company policy with relevance to safe working practices and the storage of chemicals.
