Quantity Surveyor

Our well established Development Contractor Client is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their existing team and help drive the department forward on multi-million pound specialist residential conversion development work.
The ideal candidate will either have experience in the conversion of commercial multi-story buildings to residential blocks, or hybrid experience of both fitout/refurbishment works and residential new builds.
You will be tasked with taking the projects from pre-construction through to Final Account stage working collaboratively with the client representatives.
If you believe you have the right skills to undertake this position with a minimum of 4 years experience, you will receive a generous salary and package and a fantastic opportunity to progress in a growing business.
