We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and prestigious company who provide a range of fresh vegetables to retail, foodservice, wholesales, and food manufacturing. Due to their continued growth and development, they are seeking to employ a Crop and Harvest Analyst for their Holbeach, Lincolnshire site.

Permanent role

Competitive salary offered depending on experience.

Permanent, Full time - Pay dependant on experience.

Location - Field and site based at offices in Holbeach and Fosdyke

The Role

• Collate, analyse, and provide daily, weekly, period reports back to Crop and Harvest teams providing performance insight

• Collate and process payroll data to payroll department to ensure all data is reported accurately and operatives paid on time

• Key areas to cover (but not limited to) plant growth rates, time to harvest, varietal performance, yield analysis, harvest KPIs (automated and manual)

• Develop key internal and external business relationships and awareness of wider industry benchmarking, technology, and performance

• Purchase and monitoring of PPE, knife, and bottled water usage

Requirements for the role:

• Experience of data handling and analysis

• Experience of vegetable production or associated industry (i.e., seed production, crop trials, Agri tech)

• Ability to manage timesheets

• High level of Excel and PowerPoint capability
