This role: Intermediate Mechanical Building Services Design Estimator is with a Midlands based Mechanical Contractor who over the last 18 plus years have maintained a reputation for quality and attention to detail. You will be involved in a wide variety of projects locally and also across the country, playing a part in the Estimating team helping to price up the Mechanical aspect of projects including systems such as: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework.

Routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands, you will be working closely with one of the Directors of the business and be given every opportunity to learn from them as they look to handover more and more.

As a Mechanical Building Services Design Estimator, you will be:

• Assisting with the estimation, pricing and design of projects up to the value of £10M
• Working closely with the Director in a close-knit Estimating team
• Helping to price up and design all Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework
• Working on exciting projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail
• Using the latest packages and technology to assure constant development
• Offered opportunities to progress and grow

We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Senior Mechanical Design Estimator, Mechanical Estimator, Mechanical Design Engineer or an Intermediate Mechanical Design Estimator wanting to step up. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have a knowledge of programmes such as Hevacomp. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.
