Main Duties:

• Conducting on-site installations, repairs, and upgrades of our wireless measurement equipment.

• Collaborating with clients to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.

• Performing routine maintenance checks and calibration to ensure optimal performance.

• Providing comprehensive training sessions to clients on the operation and maintenance of our equipment.

• Documenting service activities and maintaining accurate records of all field service operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar field service or technical support role.

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electronic equipment.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions.

• Willingness to travel to client sites within the designated region.
