£50,000 - £55,000/annum +Package

Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well established and reputable M&E Contractor that have been operating for over 100 years. Members of the NICIEC, our client specialise in the delivery of M&E Projects within the Private, Government and Local Authority sectors.

My client is looking for a dynamic candidate who wants an opportunity to expand upon their current knowledge and skillset in an environment that allows them to develop their full potential as an Electrical Project Manager.

  • Overseeing the project from its transition from pre-construction, during the construction phase, and associated soft landings / client aftercare. Acting as the project assigned lead.
  • Project procurement
  • Construction & commissioning programming and progress reporting
  • Collaborative working with the wider team and supply chain
  • Client liaison
  • Quality control
  • Financial management
  • Commercial management
  • EQS side – signing off certs and NICEIC side of things
