You’d be working full cradle to grave, designing bespoke machinery from scratch using Inventor as a Mechanical Design Engineer for this business based in Burnley.

Experience with Inventor is a must, but they’re open to someone coming in with different levels of knowledge with it. The products you’ll be designing will change on a project basis so you might be working on individual components such as a mixers, ovens or conveyor systems for one and the next working on a fully functioning plant.

The company supplies the bakery industry with bespoke machinery and equipment so there’ll be plenty of variety day to day.

The driver for hire is due to company growth so there’s loads of stability for you and they’re really keen on helping this person progress, so if you’re looking for longevity and investment then this could be a really good option for you.

I actually placed someone in the design team just under a year ago and since he has said “the design team here are great to work and the working culture is as good as it gets” so if you’re considering a change and would like to be part of tight knit team this might be the place for you.

You’d be based in the office in Burnley five days a week.
