****Senior AV Engineer - Reading (Covering South of England)  - ASAP start - Permanent role - £35000 - £41000 PA (depending on experience) ****

Due to our client expansion, they are looking to recruit experienced senior AV service & installation engineers to join their team in their Reading office.

The role will involve UK travel as a daily/core element predominantly covering the south only.

The position will be supporting our large client base with their Audio-Visual technology on a service basis, and completion of new installations. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to progress into a Project Management role in their AV Department. 

Experience required:

• You will have experience installing AV solutions such as screens and projectors in meeting rooms and classrooms, with a knowledge of basic audio and signal transmission such as HDBaseT.
• It is important to have a working knowledge of digital signage and an understanding of networking and IP technology as well as other AV technologies.
• You will be familiar with and be able to terminate several different cables such as cat5/6, VGA, coax, audio, and belden.

Desirable Experience:

• Control equipment installation (AMX/Crestron/SY/Extron/Kramer etc.)
• Rack building
• Survey & Specification
• Basic programming
• SC Clearance highly desirable

Salary: £32000 - £41000 (depending on experience)

Overtime: Due to our clients rapid growth O/T is available every month (on application we can discuss in more detail)
