We are actively looking for an M&E Quantity Surveyor. Our client is a specialist Electrical and mechanical contractor who have grown into a £70M business which delivers Electrical and Mechanical installations to commerce and industry.

The Company undertakes all aspects of Electrical and Mechanical engineering as Principal or Trade Contractor, in combined or single discipline, from initial design to completion.

The successful M&E Quantity Surveyor will have good working knowledge and experience in Commercial Office Fit out, Infrastructure & refurbishment projects.

As the M&E Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for:

• Financially managing Electrical contracts
• Managing and preparing monthly cost report
• Analyse of budgets and estimating changes where necessary
• Carrying out valuations and submitting applications to the client
• Producing Monthly Valuations for current Projects.
• Preparation of Variation Quotations for Projects.
• Preparation and presentation of Monthly Cost Reports
• Attending Client and Site meetings.

We are looking for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to have:

• A minimum of 3+ Years M&E Quantity Surveying experience.
• A ONC, HNC, BSC or Similar in Quantity Surveying.
• Electrical qualifications would be preferred but now essential
