XCL Group are looking for a hard-working experienced Production Engineer to join one of clients in the Bletchley, Milton Keynes area.

The client are a rapidly growing printing distribution company and are looking for someone to join their team of engineers.

Duties to included but not limited to:

Set up and maintain high speed printers to pre-defined standard

Schedule maintenance plans for preventative measure

Diagnose and repair machinery after breakdowns

Provide failure or performance degradation reports of root causes

Help with calculating improvement measures to increase productivity

The Ideal candidate would have the following Skills/Qualifications:

Postgraduate Degree, HND/HNC, City and Guilds, NVQ3 or Equivalent

Holds Electrotechnical Engineering Qualification

Able to interpret Manufacturers diagrams

Able to use a variety of testing and inspection equipment to find and rectify any root causes

Experience working within a fast-paced production environment

Has excellent written and verbal communication

Knowledge of single or 3 phrase electrical systems (desirable)

Knowledge of COSHH, Health and safety and other environmental procedures (desirable)

Able to set up PLCs (desirable)

Hours: 

Monday - Friday

8.30am – 5.30pm

40 hours per week
