The Role: BMS Static Site Service Engineer

As a seasoned BMS Static Site Service Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging your in-depth knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) hardware. Your expertise should extend to fault finding, wiring, and networking, and you should be well-versed in the design and commissioning of BMS systems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with site supervisors of the in-house maintenance team
• Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks
• Conduct remedial works
• Generate detailed daily/weekly/monthly reports
• Contribute to on-site projects
• Provide support to BMS Operations teams, including occasional reactive call-outs to critical sites

Key Skills:

• Tridium / Cylon certification
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Proven track record in a BMS service position
• Outstanding customer service skills
