My client, a research and development company specialising in the use of composite materials to produce high performance structures based in Chippenham, are currently looking for a Composite Production Technician to join their growing team on a permanent basis.

Strong manufacturing background and assembly experience are necessary for this position.

Key Duties:

• Composite assemblies
• Working to specific Production Process Procedures
• Adherence to QHSE policy and practices
• Excellent housekeeping within the production facility
• Suggesting potential process improvements which will increase yield or reduce cost

Essential:

• Manually dexterous with the hands
• Experienced in working in a low/medium volume manufacturing operation
• Meticulous and quality-focused
