MEP Project Manager
We are currently looking for a MEP Project Manager for our client who are a Tier 1 M&E Contractor operating in London and who are a huge name in Building Services.
The project / contract is based in a large and prestigious residential building in Central London and the selected MEP Project Manager will be tasked with delivering the completion of the project.
The project is valued around £20m M&E so they have told us they are looking for an MEP Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering similar size projects and of a similar nature.
Although this is a contract role, the successful MEP Project Manager will have a CV that demonstrates a successful career in building services, particularly within the Residential Fit Out sector and evidence of delivering projects from cradle through to grave.
The successful MEP Project Manager will also have the below as a minimum requirement:
- C&G / NVQ / HNC / HND / Degree in either Mechanical or Electrical
- SMSTS / IOSH / COSH
The rate for the MEP Project Manager is between £370 and £420 per day dependant on experience and expertise.
