Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
To undertake reactive and maintenance tasks as directed by the Engineering Supervisors.
The post holder will work with a team of maintenance staff on a Mon - Fri rota. Overtime working will be required occasionally. They will carry out planned maintenance and reactive tasks with varied unscheduled works and Tenant services in a busy environment.
Shift: 7am to 4pm / 10am to 7pm
Site: Corporate/Static
Techncial bias: Elec and/or HVAC apprenticeships
