DOUBLE DAY'S ROLE / 4 DAYS PER WEEK

37 HOURS

£14.00 + HOUR

SALARY

• £14.00 to £16.00 (Dependent on experience).
• Double Days role / 2 weeks rotation
• Shift Allowance
• EARLIES: Monday to Thursday 06:00am - 15:45pm
• AFTERNOONS: Monday to Thursday 15:45pm to 01:30am

JOB SUMMARY

Alecto Recruitment are in working partnership with a globally renowned Precision Engineering company in the Hinckley area. Serving customers / clients nationally and internationally within the industry. Working in a variety of sectors including Aerospace, Renewable energy and Medical. My client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced CNC Vertical Borer, with FANUC / Siemens operating knowledge.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate CNC Vertical boring machines (Doosan machines).
• Have working knowledge / experience of using FANUC / Siemens controls.
• Ability to read technical drawings / specifications.
• Setting tools and editing programs.
• Ability to use inspection equipment and inspect own work.
• Safe handling of components, jigs and fixtures whilst keep within the companies H&S policy.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS

• NVQ, HNC, HND or BTEC apprentice trained / Time served of 5 years.
• Prior working knowledge, experience and skills as a CNC Vertical Borer.
• Proficient at reading and interpretating engineering and technical drawings.
• Be self-motivated to work individually but adaptable to work as part of a team.
• Able to communicate in a clear, concise, logical manner both verbally and written.
