CNC Miller – Programmer/Setter/Operator in Ely
Technique Recruitment Solutions are proud to working with one of the UK’s leading centres of manufacturing excellence.
We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator to operate a variety of 3 axis vertical milling machines.
The ideal candidate should have aspirations to develop their career as advancement into the section leader for this machining centre, in the future, is desirable.
You will need to be able to program complex parts both at the machine or on an offline CAD system (OneCNC).
You must be able to read and understand complex drawings and have a good eye for detail.
The ability to work well within a team and have good problem-solving ideas is also essential.
Responsibilities:
Review parts produced, drawings or instructions to understand required specifications.
Be responsible for own quality recording outputs to drawing specifications.
Monitor machine while working to achieve optimum outputs.
Always looking for continuous improvement in all processes.
