Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Building Management System (BMS) Commissioning Engineer to join our dynamic team in London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless integration and optimal performance of BMS systems for our diverse portfolio of projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Commissioning and Testing:
   - Conduct comprehensive commissioning of BMS systems, ensuring all components function according to design specifications.
   - Perform system testing and troubleshoot issues to guarantee optimal performance.

2. System Integration:
   - Collaborate with project teams to integrate BMS solutions seamlessly into building infrastructure. (Trend, Tridium)
   - Ensure effective communication and coordination with other engineering disciplines.

3. Client Support:
   - Provide technical support to clients during the commissioning process and address any concerns or queries.
   - Conduct training sessions for end-users on BMS operation and maintenance.

4. Documentation:
   - Generate detailed commissioning documentation, including test reports, as-built drawings, and system manuals.
   - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of commissioning activities.

5. Quality Assurance:
   - Implement quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of BMS systems.
   - Conduct regular inspections to identify and rectify potential issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in commissioning BMS systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- In-depth knowledge of BMS protocols, including BACnet and Modbus.
- Proficiency in programming and configuring various BMS controllers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
