Are you a Facilities Maintenance / PPM Engineer looking for a new role with NO CALL OUT, if so this role could be for you. 

This regional based Facilities Services company are looking to add to their team due to work load on existing and newly awarded contracts. 

As PPM engineer you will work as part of a team of M&E and Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers covering a number of commercial properties across the Bristol and surrounding areas. Postcodes you will work in include BS, BA, GL 

You will be responsible for Planned Preventative Maintenance and Statutory compliance testing to the buildings. This will be anything from changing lamps / LEDS, fixing leaks, repairing doors and other items as well as being responsible for Fire Alarm Testing, Emergency Light testing, PAT testing, Water temp checks and Legionella testing. (training can be provided for the successful candidate) 

You will be provided with a van and fuel card so you will require a full driving licence

Previous experience of planned, preventative maintenance on a commercial building is desirable
