One of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) providers are now looking for an accomplished HVAC Engineer with all round HVAC skills to join an Engineering Team dedicated to a client's site in Stevenage, site consists of office spaces, manufacturing, testing facilities. Client are in defence and aerospace.
The site is major and critical with a host of HVAC systems, such as CRAC units, Chillers, Pump sets, AC systems and Pressure Vessels
This is a fantastic opportunity for a good A/C Engineer to develop and upskill with training across a world class site.
Actions will include:
- Completing planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of A/C related equipment of various sizes and levels of complexity, across AC, Chillers, Water/Air Source Heat pumps
- Managing subcontractor delivery and completing site inductions
- Supporting the Lead Engineer and Manager with escalations
- Working closely with the customer
- Completing minor projects
- Completing minor, ad hoc fabric works
- Supporting with occasional weekend work with client building events
We need from you:
- Full A/C qualifications plus F Gas Cat 1/2079
- Sound experience
- Energy to upskill on new systems
